Phase 1: Stabilization & Reskin The first launch was about creating a functional, stable foundation. As part of a lean team of four, I helped lead a complete reskin of the site, removing outdated brand language and placing the spotlight on frog’s body of work. At the same time, we tackled critical architectural and technical issues—simplifying navigation, fixing broken flows, and cleaning up the codebase. The result was a clean, functional baseline that allowed the website to perform reliably while we prepared for the deeper brand transformation to come.
Phase 2: Immersive Brand Experience With the site stabilized, the focus shifted to building a bold, immersive brand presence that reflected frog’s evolving identity. We introduced a refreshed component system, striking typography, and dynamic layouts designed to flex with future needs. I collaborated across the team to design new pages like Culture, which gave audiences a behind-the-scenes view of frog’s people and values. This phase established the expressive design foundation that set the stage for the campaign launch.
Phase 3: Evolution & Make your Mark Campaign The final phase extended the brand into a cohesive, scalable digital ecosystem. We refined the brand platform, integrated the Make Your Mark campaign across the experience, and built out a robust design language system to guide consistency across global teams. I worked on refining interface patterns and ensuring the system remained adaptable for ongoing updates and regional needs. This phase marked the transformation from a static marketing site into a living, evolving platform—one that could grow with frog’s business, its campaigns, and its creative voice.
